The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate setting or public accounting firm.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Participate in the year-end audit process, providing support and documentation as required.
CPA certification or currently pursing CPA certification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
