About the role

  • prAna is looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail team and bring our brand vision to life.
  • In this role, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and foster a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing, diverse team
  • Lead daily store operations including scheduling, payroll support, reporting, and inventory
  • Take the lead when the Store Manager is away
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Requirements

  • Comfort with retail technology, POS systems, and performance tools
  • Occasionally it requires the ability to work in place.
  • Ability to communicate with others.

Nice to have

  • 2-3 years of retail leadership experience (visual merchandising a plus)
