Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and outside service providers (attorneys, agents, custodians);
Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency, minimize risk and implement improvements;
Capture and analyze valuable data to build upon established Key Performance Indicators;
Perform other various tasks and projects as necessary;
Team-oriented with aptitude for training and developing other team members;

$125,000 - $185,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement.
The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.

10+ years relevant corporate actions experience; specific expertise and knowledge of equity and debt instruments and syndicated and non-syndicated loans;
