About the role

  • Utilizes system scheduling module, communication tools and reports to ensure timely and well-coordinated patient visits effectively and accurately.
  • Utilizes other patient information systems to ensure complete referral information attached and available in EMR when appropriate.
  • Provides timely feedback to leadership when barriers to productivity, staffing needs and or untimely clinician response for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Requires long periods of sitting and perform computer work.

Nice to have

  • 1 year progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience required, 3 years preferred.
  • Organized, effective oral and written communication, ability to multi-task/prioritize, customer service skills preferred.
  • Strong computer/typing skills preferred.
