About the role

This role reports to the VP of Product Management.
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District).

Own Garner's payments platform strategy and roadmap, including payment systems, financial ledger, payments data products, and payment operations tools.
Drive development of APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities that enable teams across Garner to initiate, track, and reconcile money movement safely and reliably.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 payments products and use cases.

You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The ideal candidate has:

5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or platform product end-to-end
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation - you instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning technical products APIs, integrations, and data systems
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders

The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000.
Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
