Responsibilities
- Support installation and repair of motors, belts, bearings, gears, pulleys, and related equipment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced trades personnel.
- Work cooperatively with maintenance and production teams to support plant operations.

- The Maintenance Apprentice is an entry-level skilled trades development role designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and motivated to learn industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- This position provides hands-on training alongside experienced maintenance professionals to develop foundational skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
- This position is intended to build future skilled trades talent within the organization through practical experience, on-the-job training, and continuous development.

Requirements
