Responsibilities

  • Scan, attach, and organize electronic documents within claim files.
  • Assist adjusters with diary management and document queues.
  • Provide general clerical support to maintain workflow efficiency for a high‑volume team.

  • Job Summary We are seeking a Claim Assistant to support our claims team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume office environment.
  • In this role, you will provide essential clerical and organizational support to Claims Adjusters as they review and manage claims.
  • The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a steady workflow of administrative tasks such as document processing, data entry, file maintenance, and communication support.

Requirements

  • What You Bring Required Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast‑paced office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Helpful (Not Required) Bilingual in English and Spanish. - highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.
  • Associate degree or two years of related business/office experience.
