- The ideal candidate will provide visible leadership, accountability, and authority over high profile projects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the technology strategy and manage complex projects full-cycle through design and implementation
- Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects
- Lead scope definition and communication sessions; utilize negotiation skill set to drive the project team and stakeholders to make timely decisions to ultimately deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Partner with technical architects to ensure technical models are aligned with business models
- Review, document and improve workflow and system processes to meet and exceed business objectives
- Manage a team of 2+ people
- Prepare and manage yearly budget
