Job Description The Financial Analyst is a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional responsible for transforming complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
This role is heavily focused on reporting, financial analysis, and storytelling through data.

Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide actionable insights to business partners and leadership.
Translate large volumes of data into meaningful business narratives that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to answer complex business questions, often with limited direction or incomplete information.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.

0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business analytics, accounting, finance, consulting, or a related analytical field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex data sets.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with financial models, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying trends, asking questions, and solving business problems.

Compensation offered for this role is 52,800.00 - 80,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
