Responsibilities

  • Be advised that Human Resources frequently audits resumes of internal/external applicants to ensure/validate information provided is consistent and trustworthy.
  • Performs all the essential duties of a "Service Line Worker"
  • Performs other duties as assigned which are directly related to the responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

  • Must be able to upgrade / obtain and maintain a valid Ontario Driver's Licence, Class "C" with "Z" endorsement. (Must be 18 years of age in order to be eligible for a class 'C' licence).
  • Must be able to work day, evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and be adaptable to changes
  • Must be capable of performing physical labour including bending, pushing, pulling and occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
  • Under the direction of the Service Line Foreperson fills in on an "as required" basis for Service Line Worker duties.
  • Must be able to walk extensively and step up and down frequently during the shift.

  • Shifts - Must be able to work day, evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's Licence, Class "G" ( No outstanding Charge s that would restrict an upgrade stated in #2).
  • Must have experience using computers, and the ability to use computer software applications such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and other related software for work order management, reporting, and communication.
  • Work requires standing and being on feet for majority of the shift, frequent walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Salary Grade 4
  • 0 - 24 hrs per week
  • The successful applicant will be required to have a medical examination to be determined fit to perform the essential duties of the job and have the ability to acquire a CZ license upgrade. This is a condition of employment.
