About the role
- We're looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter to join our North America Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Across GTM: Lead hiring across key commercial functions with a focus on quality, urgency, and candidate experience.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build deep pipelines of passive commercial talent rather than relying primarily on inbound candidates.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers-knowing when to challenge, when to influence, and when to align and move.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner across Recruiting, People, Compensation, and the broader business to solve hiring challenges.
- Team Enablement: Contribute beyond your own requisitions by mentoring others, sharing market expertise, and improving how we work.
- High Bar: You care deeply about candidate experience, maintain high professionalism, and are energized by ambiguity in fast-moving environments.

- Versatility: You have successfully recruited across multiple business domains and can flex between GTM, Legal, Compliance, and HR roles.

Compensation
