Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of project due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules, planning and entitlement activities. Support programs established by the Area management team.
- Assign and manage due diligence projects for the designated business unit or geographic area. Assess project risks and establishes consulting and engineering development activities.
- Manage all pre-acquisition land development budgets, schedules, and cash flow activities.
- Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for project coordination and accuracy. Determine availability requirements for all utilities, concurrencies, and impact fees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Typically does not have budget accountability, but may manage day- to-day spreadsheets or elements of the budget (e.g., overtime for staff, expense monitoring)
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate/work with others
- Ability to work independently
- Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications
- Typically requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2-4 years prior relevant experience.
