About the role
- Knighted is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing team.
- You'll be a key contributor to the Talent Acquisition team, playing a crucial role in the strategic growth of the company by identifying and assessing candidate fit for entry-level positions within the organization.
- This is a full-time 6-month contract position working in-person at our Downtown LA office.
Responsibilities
- Utilize and manage data and insights to optimize talent acquisition processes and effectiveness.
- Support the coordination and logistics of candidate interviews, scheduling, and feedback loops, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with fellow teammates to ensure recruiting goals and objectives are regularly met
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation
- Partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to support special Recruiting projects and initiatives
