About the role

  • This is a full time role that will report into the Escrow Manager for your market.
  • We are open to any of the following locations for this role: Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and all other settlement documents according to lender and/or buyer/seller instructions
  • Clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments in Customer Experience, Brokerage, Contract Operations, and Funding to promptly troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Title process to avoid delays
  • Maintain compliance with Orchard Title policies and procedures in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies and company standards

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with expert knowledge of residential closings.
  • We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business. Expected to bring in a minimum of 5 closings a month from their book of business.

Compensation

  • This role has a base + commission compensation structure.
