About the role

This is a full time role that will report into the Escrow Manager for your market.
We are open to any of the following locations for this role: Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and all other settlement documents according to lender and/or buyer/seller instructions
Clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments in Customer Experience, Brokerage, Contract Operations, and Funding to promptly troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Title process to avoid delays
Maintain compliance with Orchard Title policies and procedures in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies and company standards

The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with expert knowledge of residential closings.
We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:
3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business.
3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business. Expected to bring in a minimum of 5 closings a month from their book of business.

Obtain clear title by curing title defects, satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals, and verifying proper vesting
