About the role
- This hybrid role blends strategy, hands-on engineering, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI enablement initiatives across Digital Services, promoting AI-first engineering practices
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration workflows
- Build reusable AI components such as skills, prompts, tools, and automation pipelines
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and business value
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to embed AI solutions into client engagements
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, and orchestrators
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI interaction design
- Experience developing AI-powered automation and workflows
- Understanding of scalable system design and integration patterns

Requirements
- Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of agentic architectures and multi-agent systems
- Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
- Experience with frameworks for agentic development (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, backend systems, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services and cloud-native architectures

- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model usage, evaluation, and AI governance
