About the role

  • We are seeking a high-impact AI Enablement professional to accelerate AI adoption across our Digital Services service line.
  • This hybrid role blends strategy, hands-on engineering, and customer engagement.
  • The ideal candidate is adaptable across tools and models, comfortable operating in AWS and Azure cloud environments, and capable of translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI enablement initiatives across Digital Services, promoting AI-first engineering practices
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration workflows
  • Build reusable AI components such as skills, prompts, tools, and automation pipelines
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and business value
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to embed AI solutions into client engagements
  • Opportunity to drive AI transformation within a leading Digital Services organization

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Expertise
  • Strong understanding of agentic architectures and multi-agent systems
  • Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
  • Experience with frameworks for agentic development (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
  • Experience with APIs, backend systems, and microservices
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services and cloud-native architectures
  • Ability to evaluate, experiment, and integrate AI models into applications
