About the role
- We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Engineering team.
- Consultants need to obtain a deep understanding of all aspects of the Payhawk platform so that they can tailor its capabilities to various use cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all our product offerings.
- Deliver personalised live product demonstrations. Including integration demos, workflows and other complex use cases.
- Partner with Sales teams to enable and provide accounting context to drive new business revenue.
- Partner with the local marketing team attending marketing events and supporting content reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an ERP implementation role or similar finance role (E.g. Oracle, SAP, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics or Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Accounting Manager etc)
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Professional Accounting Qualification - CPA is preferred
- Experience working in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred.
Compensation
- $140,000 - $180,000 USD

- Design, validate and document a product configuration and implementation strategy to share with prospective customers.
- Collect and analyse feedback from prospective customers and communicate it with customer success, engineering, and product management teams in order to drive the product roadmap.
- As a member of the team, you will partner with our sales and customer success teams as a product and accounting systems expert to help win new customer revenue and expand the revenue of existing customers.
