Responsibilities
- Maneuver and perform evaluations of samples.
- Support facility Food Safety/Regulatory Compliance programs such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP's), and Sanitation Performance Standards (SPS) via monitoring and verifying.
- Maintain records, processes, procedures including responsibility for data entry of specific quality-related information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with 3rd party Food Safety Audits.
