Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product line strategy aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
- Develop business cases for new FPGA products, IP, solutions and features.
- Create and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive new product introductions (NPIs), including pricing, forecasting, collateral development, and training.
- Develop clear product positioning and value propositions to differentiate Microchip FPGA solutions.
- Provide competitive intelligence to sales teams and create tools for objection handling.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and secure design wins.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in defining product strategies, executing NPIs, and driving business development.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in semiconductor product marketing or product management (FPGA experience strongly preferred).
Compensation
- We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
- It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
- The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000 - $232,000.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
