Skills

  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and capacity planning
  • Understanding of production processes, equipment, and team workflows
  • Physical and/or Mental Demands
  • The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, and occasionally up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to focus on multitasking and managing overlapping priorities.
  • This position typically works on-site but may be a hybrid with approval.

Compensation

  • In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $120,000-$140,000 per year.
