Responsibilities

  • The Production Supervisor will direct, support, and develop team members within a designated area to ensure production and/or material support plans are achieved, maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all departments including other Production, Quality, Shipping, Training, and Engineering teams.
  • Actively solicit, educate, and drive implementation of safety opportunities identified by team.
  • Effectively communicate business objectives, expectations, and feedback to team members Proactively communicate upwards on team status, challenges, and support requirements.
  • Drive team member development and improvement through coaching and mentoring activities. Set expectation by demonstrating ZOLL leadership qualities.
  • Lead continuous improvement through effective leadership of product teams, lead Tier meetings and root cause/corrective action activities, support PULSE initiatives and daily management.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation

  • $80,000.00 to $90,500.00
  • Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • For fully remote positions, compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage laws, including minimum wage requirements, based on the employee's primary work location.
