About the role
- We are looking for an Events & Experiences Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester.
- This role will report to the Global Director, Events & Experiences and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
- This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
Responsibilities
- Help create Event Overview Decks, Recap Reports, and Production Schedules.
- Logistical support in messengering, shipping, deliveries, and pick-ups of event materials.
- Support in maintaining and upkeeping local inventory and supplies.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
Nice to have
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
- preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; with a strong attention to details.
- Passion for luxury fashion, events, experiential marketing, and client relations.
- Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry.
- Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior experience in event planning, PR, client relations, or styling is preferred.
