About the role
- Base Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is 115,900 to 173,800.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and critically review multidisciplinary design efforts to ensure seamless integration and adherence to the highest technical standards.
- Act as the internal lead technical interface for FedEx, establishing trust and guiding strategic conversations across the FORTNA organization
- Display superior communication skills, leading by example to drive effective collaboration and cross-disciplinary integration.
- Takes the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions.

Requirements
- Ability to walk, kneel, crouch and balance frequently.
- Ability to climb, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc., using feet, legs and/or hands and arms frequently.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs occasionally.
- Ability to sit/stand frequently for long and/or intermittent periods of time.
- Personal Protective Equipment required at active job sites.
- Engineering Bachelors degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership, with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is 115,900 to 173,800.
- This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
- Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
