About the role

As the first hire on our finance team you will be a key financial architect behind our most critical initiatives.
This is a high-trust role that will require end-to-end ownership over key strategic projects.
A successful candidate will be the type of individual that is constantly looking to improve existing processes and automate tasks to free themselves up to work on higher leverage projects.

Etched aims to build the hardware for superintelligence.
Our first product (Sohu) only supports transformers, but has an order of magnitude more throughput and lower latency than a B200.
You will work closely with the executive team to build and implement the financial infrastructure that allows Etched to scale.
Build and optimize our working capital position to maximize our growth prospects

3-5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
Advanced financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
experience with financial planning software and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or advanced certification is a plus.
3-5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment. Banking, Private Equity, and Consulting experience is also welcomed.
Advanced financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with financial planning software and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.

From deciding pricing, SKUs, and unit economics to accounting, financing strategies, cash flow and supply chain management, we are looking for a driven and talented FP&A partner to execute on our day-to-day financial operations.
Model financing options including line-of-credit usage with suppliers and trade finance solutions for customers
