- Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality mechanical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors!

- Our full-scope mechanical services include plumbing, gas fitting, HVAC, fire suppression, and building automation systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
- Experience in high rise residential construction is an asset.
- Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset).
- Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.

- You have a strong technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical systems, combined with a deep understanding of safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
- You have a strong technical background and experience with high rise residential construction.

- Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting).
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.
- Considered an Asset:
- Relevant and local construction industry experience.
- Additional certifications or training relevant to the role including:
- First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Gas Fitter
