Responsibilities
- As a team, we work together to leverage the team's diverse perspectives, ideas and experiences to deliver nothing less than the best.
- Provide executive-level assistance to a member of Dairyland's Leadership Team in a wide array of administrative and staff support functions, as well as provide support to other staff, as directed by the Manager, Administrative Services.
- Manage and supervise direct reports that provide administrative support to a variety of Departments and Divisions.
- Perform delegate duties for Leader(s), as directed.
Requirements
- Manage Division Leaders' extremely active calendar(s), Email and tasks as required.
Nice to have
- Associate degree plus five (5) years' progressively responsible experience.

Compensation
- Coordinate and develop the Division's annual budget and monthly reforecast.
