About the role

Job Description Summary Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 50% of the total number of business days in a given month in the St.
Without this function, teams risk investing time in low-value ideas, automating inefficient processes, or pursuing solutions that do not address the root cause of operational challenges.
This role should function as a Lean Six Sigma / process engineering resource focused on analyzing how work gets done across IT.

Partner with IT Operations teams to understand current processes, pain points, and demand drivers.
Support delivery teams by ensuring requirements are clear, processes are understood, and solutions are aligned to business outcomes.

Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science, High School (HS) (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and more than five (5) years of relevant experience is preferred.
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.

Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process engineering, business process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze IT and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
Experience supporting IT Operations, infrastructure, enterprise technology, shared services, or similar operational teams.
Strong understanding of automation concepts, workflow improvement, system integration, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
Ability to assess opportunities for business value, operational readiness, risk, scalability, and measurable impact.
Experience documenting current-state and future-state process flows, business requirements, functional requirements, and decision points.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or enterprise technology delivery methodologies.
