About the role

  • Our team is at the center of solving impactful problems for millions of members who are managing their joint and muscle health, and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
  • You'll define not just what the system is, but how it evolves, how decisions get made, and how consistency and flexibility are balanced as Hinge Health ships rapidly.

  • Act as a design system "domain owner," providing guidance and sign-off on system-level decisions.
  • Raise the Bar for Design Quality
  • Identify inconsistencies, duplication, and fragmentation across the product and drive systematic improvements.
  • Advocate for system-level thinking across product, design, and engineering.

Requirements

  • Experience with Claude Code (or other agentic coding tools), MCPs, and other AI workflows.
  • Experience partnering with platform engineers on implementation, parity, and release cadence.

Skills

  • Establish clear contribution models, review processes, and decision-making frameworks for system changes.

Compensation

  • As we scale with 51% year-over-year revenue gains and a member base expanding by over 47% annually, this role will be instrumental in sustaining our momentum and shaping the future of care.

  • Comprehensive and inclusive medical coverage and benefit programs for you and your dependents.
  • Flexible retirement savings through Traditional or Roth 401(k) investment paths.
  • Dedicated lifestyle stipends designed to fuel your professional growth and continuous learning.
