About the role
- This position requires a motivated, capable person with strong verbal and written communication skills including technical editing experience, and with computer aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical leads to coordinate interviews, feedback, and build candidate file, Manage calendars for multiple engineering calendars.
- Be proactive in identifying and completing tasks that need management or administrative attention, Utilize personal vehicle to travel between customer and company facilities to deliver documentation and coordinate between members of technical project team, Perform any assignment, as requested, by project leads or technical work force.
- CACI is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Technical Writer / Editor to work with us in support of NASA and CACI in Houston, TX.
Requirements
- Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to facilitate access to USG facilities.
- Must have B.A. / B.S. with minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Must be able to work in the CACI office 8:00 am to 4:30 pm during regular workdays, Monday through Friday.
- Must have experience in technical editing and writing.
- Must be highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethic that is willing to do whatever the job requires in a dynamic environment.
- Must have well developed coordination and organization skills.
- Desired: Experience in NASA environment and / or supporting engineering projects.
- Experience with simultaneous support of multiple managers - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
Compensation
