  • Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $68,800.00 - $103,200.00.
  • This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to executives with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, plan and support meetings, coordinate projects, process invoices and expenses, create purchase orders, and facilitate vendor payments in SAP.
  • Execute and manage special projects autonomously, including assessing spreadsheet data and statistics, identifying gaps, and creating tools to measure team feedback and opinions.
  • Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders and manage calls, messages, and requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain files and records, coordinate office moves, maintenance, and IT support, and ensure efficient organization of business information.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Experience making domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Experience managing multiple Outlook calendars and contacts simultaneously.
  • Ability to shift and expand responsibilities as needed to ensure business goals are met.
  • Utilize software and systems to generate reports, timelines, distribution lists, correspondence, and presentations with a high level of proficiency using Microsoft programs.
  • Support other senior leaders as needed, collaborate extensively with colleagues, and shift responsibilities as required to meet business goals.

  • Experience coordinating large events and meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of organization.
  • Comfort working with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Early adopter mindset with the ability to learn, champion, and train others on new technologies and systems.
