About the role

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with ownership of a product or product line across development, testing, and launch
  • Strong knowledge of bank-based payment rails (ACH, real-time payments, open banking) and ecosystem integrations (banks, PSPs, processors)
  • Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans while driving end-to-end product delivery

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range is $ 125,000 to $150, 000 USD per year.
  • Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
