Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Demonstrated experience caring for patients experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, poverty and/or mental illness.
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Colorado as a physician.
  • Current DEA licensure.
  • Education
  • Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program in the physician's specialty.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible status in the physician's speciality.
  • Health Insurance

  • $213k-$229k
