Responsibilities
- Perform both manual testing and automation across system workflows and application features
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for end-to-end system behavior
- Validate system interactions, workflows, and integrations to ensure reliability and consistency
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and gaps in system behavior
- Identify, document, and track defects
- collaborate closely with engineering teams for resolution
- Support release validation, regression testing, and post-deployment verification

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an SDET role with a strong mix of functional testing and automation
- Experience validating end-to-end system workflows and user journeys
- Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python for test automation and scripting
- Strong understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and defect tracking
- Experience working with complex or distributed systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have
- Experience testing conversational voice AI agents or real-time communication systems
- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or similar
- Basic understanding of authentication/authorization (RBAC, OAuth, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing considerations for LLMs and GenAI systems
