About the role

  • It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday.
  • You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
  • Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional product testing utilizing nitrogen and helium
  • Partner with engineering to troubleshoot any issues and execute any changes needed
  • opportunity to support other areas including painting and sandblasting
  • These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

  • Assemble a wide range of Welker products; opportunity to support other areas including painting and sandblasting

Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors occasionally and meet the physical requirements of the role
  • Must be able to learn and use Welker's ERP software system
  • Additional Requirements*** Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • You have excellent organizational and follow-through skills with a highly developed sense of prioritization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
