About the role

  • The Officer, Leadership Giving is based in Vancouver and oversees a $1M+ fundraising portfolio.
  • They contribute to the planning and execution of leadership donor events in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director and program staff to identify funding priorities, develop strategies to meet fundraising targets, and create compelling proposals, reports and cases for support that communicate project impact to funders.
  • Maintain donor records and track engagement activities in Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Support leadership fundraising and stewardship events in Vancouver. Strategically leverage other regional events to build relationships and recognize major donors.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Canadian fundraising legislation and ethical standards.
