Responsibilities
- Manage bring-backs from production, ensuring materials are correctly identified, labeled, returned to inventory, or staged per procedure.
- Take, label, document, and stage chemical samples following defined sampling processes, SAP updates, and sample tracking.
- Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions, reprint SU tags, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment throughout the shift, including ownership of at least one 5S area.
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities as assigned.
- Communicate issues, shortages, safety concerns, and quality defects to appropriate teams and document per expectations.
- As a Logistics Associate II, you'll be responsible for ensuring raw materials, packaging, and chemicals are accurately inventoried, staged, cleared, and organized to support uninterrupted production activities.
- This role plays a critical support function by managing bring-backs from production, maintaining warehouse and production floor housekeeping, handling salvage material per procedure, and supporting chemical sampling processes.
Requirements
- 6 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- 3 years of forklift operating experience
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

- Perform putaways for raw materials and packaging, updating inventory records and packaging sheets as required.
- Gain hands-on experience with logistics systems and warehouse operations
Nice to have
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, labeling, and documentation
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with Production and Logistics during off-shift operations
- Comfortability in environments with exposure to noise, temperature variation, and industrial equipment
- Commitment to quality standards, including identification and communication of damaged or nonconforming materials.
- Strong adherence to all safety policies, life-critical rules, and PPE requirements
Compensation
- The pay rate is $27 per hour.
- Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc.
