About the role

  • The Assistant Director is the backbone of our operational success.
  • You will bridge the gap between high-level recruitment strategy and the meticulous execution of data management.
  • Supervise the Admission Coordinator team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a power user of our systems. You will troubleshoot application imports from third-party sources, build custom queries and reports, and ensure our data remains accurate and actionable.
  • Partner directly with the Dean of Admission to support high-level recruitment travel, including material requests, expense processing, and CRM calendar management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • For faculty positions, statements on mentoring, teaching, and research will also be required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience managing or leading a team.
  • Familiarity with Technolutions Slate CRM is highly desirable.
