Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to keep interdependencies visible and handoffs clean.
Modular or repeatable build programs.

Data center, mission-critical, or large industrial construction.
Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling at portfolio scale.
Earned value management.
