- This customer-facing role is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and operator training.

Responsibilities
- Join Valmet and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the success of our Spare Parts business.

- Provide technical support and advisory services to customers and contractors.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and field service work.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support customers throughout the United States and North America.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Papermaking Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of technical experience within the papermaking industry or a related industrial environment.
