Responsibilities

  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with clients, contractors, the public, and fellow employees.
  • Provide support to other team members during installations, emergency call-outs, or high-volume periods.
  • Support training and onboarding of new crew members, when requested.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management based on business needs.
  • Maintain awareness of site-specific hazards and report safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • The safety of our team members and the public drives us daily.
  • We are a one-stop shop, as our full suite of services ensures that we can manage projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • Support field crews by ensuring all required installation tools and equipment are available on site.
  • Load and unload trucks with required materials for each project or job site.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork, including delivery forms, work logs, and installation documentation.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in construction, installation, or related field.

Skills

  • Keep trucks, tools, and yard space organized and free from hazards.
  • Ensure returned rental equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.

  • This position is also responsible for the delivery, setup, and retrieval of various traffic control rental equipment.
  • As part of the operations team, the Install Technician contributes to delivering high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project success across all sites.
  • Please note that this position is a 4-months contract that can be extended based on Operational Needs.
