Responsibilities
- Build for consumer - requiring attention to detail and obsession over user journeys.
- Design end-to-end user experiences for interacting with digital minds-from conversation flows to content upload, from onboarding to complex configuration interfaces
- Build design systems and interaction patterns that scale across web and mobile
- Prototype rapidly in code (Figma + React) to validate ideas and ship your own designs to production
- Own the details that make experiences feel alive: interaction timing, loading states, error handling, and micro-moments
- Bridge design and engineering by translating technical constraints into elegant user experiences
- Define what we should build based on user insights, technical feasibility, and business impact
- You see patterns across features and build reusable solutions.
- Your portfolio shows attention to interaction design, typography, and visual polish-but also smart decisions about when to ship fast versus when to perfect details.
- Relocation support to SF (as needed)
Requirements
- 4+ years designing digital products with strong understanding of design systems and component architecture.
- You can prototype in code and speak fluently with engineers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining what needs to exist.
