About the role
- The Total Rewards & Talent Programs Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the company's total rewards and talent management strategies across both field and corporate populations.
- This role owns the end-to-end employee value proposition, ensuring compensation, benefits, career growth, performance, and talent development programs are aligned to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- The ideal candidate will create a balanced rewards philosophy that combines competitive compensation and bonus programs with long-term growth opportunities while driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rewards programs support attraction, retention, and performance goals.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion processes.
- Design scalable career frameworks and development programs for field and corporate employees.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Create an integrated employee experience that aligns rewards, performance, and career growth.
- Drive programs that strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to build scalable programs that support company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and workforce planning.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders on talent and organizational strategies.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and Talent Programs in a fast pace startup environment.
- Experience designing and building compensation structures, incentive programs, and career frameworks for high volume hourly employee populations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting both hourly field operations and corporate employee populations.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, technology, marketplace, or high-growth environments.
- CCP, GRP, or related compensation certifications.
- Experience with building compensation planning and talent management systems
