Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and vendor visits, ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards, and document equipment specifications, warranty information, and maintenance requirements for facility assets to support comprehensive facility management and regulatory compliance.

Compensation
- 75,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
