As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you are the Care Coordination team's first point of contact for patients.
We set compensation based on the level and skills required for the role.

Experience working in a high-volume communication environment, ideally within a ticketing system or similar tool

experience maintaining patient records and accuracy in responses
Use effective written skills to complete professional documentation through various platforms

$45,000 - $48,000 USD
Compensation Range
Compensation is dynamic at Ophelia: as long as the company performs well and meets our targets, there will be opportunities for increased compensation annually.
