Responsibilities
- Own the Platform Strategy: Drive the multi-quarter roadmap for FinQuery's core platform capabilities.
- Ensure our shared services, data models, and integrations scale seamlessly to support our suite of financial products.
- Design Platform Interoperability: Map out clean data flows, API requirements, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) exception-handling workflows that unify user experiences across lease accounting, SaaS management, and financial subledgers.
- Partner Deeply with Engineering: Act as a peer to our core technical architects.
- Because you speak their language, you will easily collaborate on technical trade-offs, schema designs, and performance requirements without needing to write the code yourself.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst) managing platform infrastructure, shared services, or multi-tenant B2B SaaS environments.
- You don't need a CS degree or coding background, but you must be deeply comfortable discussing system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical product management.
- Experience working in FinTech, accounting technology, or platforms dealing with strict compliance frameworks.
- Experience defining developer-experience (DX) standards or internal platform tools.
- The Product Foundation: 5+ years of experience in a product management role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst) managing platform infrastructure, shared services, or multi-tenant B2B SaaS environments.
- High Technical Literacy: You don't need a CS degree or coding background, but you must be deeply comfortable discussing system architecture.
Skills
- Define the business logic, triggers, and guardrails for automated AI workflows.
- Treat product specifications and system documentation as a form of architecture.
- Active curiosity and comfort using LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation tools.
