Requirements
- What We Need F rom You: Master's degree in nursing.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner licensure Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications.
- Current BLS and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
- 1-3 years of Family Practice, Primary Care, or related Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Prior experience in an integrated care setting is a plus Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
