About the role
- As a substitute teacher, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students' learning experiences by maintaining an engaging and productive classroom environment.
- This position offers flexibility and the chance to work in various KIPP Tulsa campuses within the Tulsa region.
Responsibilities
- Willing to offer support to and receive constructive feedback from teachers and administrators in order to create a professional working atmosphere that is conducive to change and improvement
- Exhibits flexibility regarding any changes to daily assignments in order to support the immediate needs of the school (Example: Hall Monitoring, clerical, lunch room duty, after-school duty, etc.)
- KIPP Tulsa is seeking a dedicated and versatile Day-To-Day Substitute Teacher to provide instructional support in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- KIPP Tulsa currently educates over 600 students and supports hundreds of alumni.

Requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments and instructional materials.
- Ability to travel between KIPP Tulsa campuses as needed
- Maintaining as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school and classrooms to which you are assigned
- day-to-day subs are required to record student attendance daily.
