About the role
- The Incubation & Growth team sits at the forefront of ResMed's digital health innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Identify and validate opportunities through customer insight, market signals, clinical evidence, and experimentation.
- Lead 0→1 product development from concept and prototype through pilot, validation, and scale readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver strong product outcomes.
- Influence stakeholders, build business cases, and foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and product excellence.
- Proven success building 0→1 products through discovery, experimentation, validation, and launch.

Compensation
- $181,000 - $226,000 USD.
- A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $181,000 - $226,000 USD.
