About the role

  • The target salary range is between $70,000 and $80,000.00 CAD Annual.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training programs to enable the Field Team to drive superior execution of all operational programs
  • Organize and deliver training sessions / clinics for Field OPS teams, to ensure the highest level of execution and accountability
  • Determine best metrics to evaluate field programs, processes, and tools; determine and implement appropriate courses of action
  • Support the Operations Field Team with communications and presentations for regional Dealer meetings and GM meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives that achieve financial performance and operational targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive Canadian Tire retail experience or equivalent (GM)
  • Accountable for identifying and providing the tools/knowledge required for the field team to successfully impact positive change
  • Travel is required across Canada for this role
  • Strong influencing, consulting skills and collaboration skills required to build key relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and personal vehicle required

Compensation

  • Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual.
  • The target salary range is between $70,000 and $80,000.00 CAD Annual.
  • Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
