About the role

- This position reports to the Manager, Collateral Management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of credit facility documentation and letters of credit to support investment activities, ensuring timely settlement and resolution of any related issues.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate operational risk.
- Maintain effective working relationships with external counterparties, including banks, custodians, brokers, administrators, and service providers.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of collateral management procedures, controls, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, clients, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for candidates with Capital Markets, Treasury, Investment Operations, or Collateral Management experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to assess risks, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend practical solutions.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Access, with experience using treasury, trading, custodian, and banking platforms considered an asset.
Compensation
- Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. The base salary range for this position is CAD $70,000.00 - $100,000.00.
