Responsibilities
- Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- As a Dining Server, you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests feel truly cared for.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Form lasting relationships with residents and make a difference with every interaction.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required-we'll provide training for the right candidate!
Compensation
- Salary Range: $14.50 – $17.25/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)
